2. Information collected

We collect the following information:

• Email : used for login link authentication.
• Name (optional): displayed in your profile.
• Brand profile : your company name, industry, editorial tone, target audience, website URL, and additional context you provide to personalize content generation.
• Generated content : texts produced by the tool for your account.
• Usage data : monthly generation counter, used to enforce free plan limits.
• Session cookie : signed session identifier, stored in your browser for 30 days.

3. Purposes of processing

Your information is used to:

• Authenticate your access to ContenuPro via login link.
• Generate personalized marketing content from your brand profile.
• Track your monthly usage and enforce your plan limits.
• Improve service quality in an aggregated and anonymized manner.

4. Third-party transfers

Your brand profile elements and the topic you enter are transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. (United States) via the Claude API, solely to generate the requested content. Anthropic does not retain this data beyond processing the request, in accordance with its privacy policy.

No other personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Legal basis for processing

• Consent : you consent to the processing of your email and profile when creating your account.
• Contract performance : processing your brand profile is necessary to provide the content generation service.

6. Data retention

Your information is retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is erased within one year. Generated content is retained as long as your account exists, then deleted with it.

7. Your rights

Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Have any inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
• Request the deletion of your account and data.
• Receive your information in a structured format (portability).

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@maplelineventures.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You can also delete your account directly from the My account page, in the Actions section.

8. Cookies

ContenuPro uses a single cookie: a signed session cookie, configured as httpOnly, valid for 30 days. This cookie is used solely to maintain your active session. We do not use any third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Security

Authentication tokens are hashed with SHA-256 before storage. Communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via TLS. Data access is restricted to technical personnel necessary for operating the service.

10. Privacy incidents

In the event of a privacy incident presenting a serious risk of harm, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) of Quebec and the affected individuals, within the timeframes prescribed by law.
